Neil also offers One-to-One Postural Pilates sessions that are designed to address an individual's particular requirements including postural re-alignment, strengthening after injury (post rehabilitation), and an introduction to the basics of the technique before entering group classes. Clients often have 2 or 3 of these sessions before undertaking the group classes

This ancient Chinese practice improves the flow of Chi (energy) through the body, calming and focusing the mind, and cleansing the spirit.
The rhythmic sequence of gentle flowing movements tones muscles, builds core strength, loosens joints, increases circulation, improves digestion, reduces stress, and boosts the immune system.
Tai Chi is a wonderful practise for all ages and body types.
Jane has been practising Tai Chi Chuan for 25 years and offers classes in the Yang Style Long Form, Sword Form and Cutlass Form
